[nobel] Power4: NLSPATH Error Messages

IBM Power4를 사용시 POE (LoadL와 함께 사용)중에 다음과 같은 메세지가 뜬경우

ERROR : NLSPATH is not set

ERROR : Cannot locate message catalog (pedig.cat) using
          current NLSPATH

INFO  : If NLSPATH is set correctly and catalog exists, check
          LANG or LC_MESSAGES variables

해결책으로
1. 환경변수 LANL en_US
2. 실행시 timex를 사용한다면 time으로 대체사용해본다.
(timex가 주범인것 같음)
